Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. What Meds Yet? does
Meds Yet? ("Service") is a text-message reminder tool that asks "have you taken your meds yet?" — helping people stay on track with medications, meals, blood sugar checks, and similar health tasks. Meds Yet? is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident to use Meds Yet?.
3. SMS consent
By activating reminders, the person receiving texts agrees to receive automated SMS and voice calls from Meds Yet? at the phone number provided. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Message frequency varies based on your reminder schedule.
4. Your responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Ensure the phone number you enter can receive SMS.
- Do not rely on Meds Yet? as the sole safeguard for critical health tasks.
- Follow your doctor's instructions for all medications and dosing.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
6. Limitation of liability
Meds Yet? is provided "as is." We do our best to deliver messages on time, but we cannot guarantee SMS delivery (carrier issues, phone off, etc.). Meds Yet? is not liable for missed reminders or any health outcomes.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
