1. What MedsYet.com does
MedsYet.com ("Service") is a text-message reminder tool that asks "have you taken your meds yet?" — helping people stay on track with medications, meals, blood sugar checks, and similar health tasks. MedsYet.com is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident to use MedsYet.com.
3. SMS consent
Program name:MedsYet.com — automated medication and health reminders. Program description: a transactional (non-marketing) text-message reminder service that asks patients and caregivers in the United States to confirm medications, meals, blood sugar checks, and similar health tasks.
By activating reminders, the person receiving texts agrees to receive recurring automated SMS and voice calls from MedsYet.com at the phone number provided. Consent is obtained via a one-time opt-in SMS to which the recipient must reply YES before any recurring messages begin. Message frequency varies based on your reminder schedule (typically 1–6 messages per day) and may include pre-reminder, reminder, and follow-up messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE). Reply HELP (or INFO) for assistance. For a full public walkthrough of how consent is collected, see our SMS opt-in page.
Backup / emergency contacts: an account holder may designate backup contacts who can be alerted if the patient does not confirm an important medication. Each backup contact receives a one-time opt-in invite and is sent alerts only after they reply YESfrom their own phone. Backup contacts can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time, and their consent is tracked separately from the patient's. A contact who previously replied STOP must text START themselves before texts can resume.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number, opt-in data, or messaging consent to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details on our SMS data practices, see our Privacy Policy.
