• Patient info: name, phone number, time zone, care tasks.
• Emergency contacts: names and phone numbers.
• Reminder activity: message delivery status, replies, call logs.
• Payment info: processed by Stripe — we never see your full card number.

How we use it

• To send and track SMS reminders and voice calls via Twilio.
• To alert emergency contacts when reminders go unanswered.
• To process billing through Stripe.
• To improve the service and fix bugs.

Who we share it with

• Twilio — to send SMS and make calls.
• Stripe — to process payments.
• Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
• Inngest — to run reminder workflows.

We do not sell your data to anyone.

Data retention

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days.

Your rights

You can view, export, or delete your data by contacting us. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.

Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), row-level security in our database, and follow security best practices. No system is 100% secure.
